How the service works
Getting your workplace set up with managed first aid is straightforward. Alsco handles the assessment, supply, installation and ongoing maintenance.
Step 1: Assessment
The Alsco team assesses your premises — the number of staff, the type of work, the layout and your industry — to determine how many cabinets you need, where they should go, and which WSH Act requirements apply to your business.
Step 2: Supply and installation
We supply and install wall-mounted first aid cabinets at the agreed locations. Each cabinet is stocked with hospital-grade supplies, colour-coded and logically organised so anyone can use them quickly and confidently.
Step 3: Quarterly restocking
Every three months, an Alsco technician visits your premises, inspects every cabinet and restocks any used or expired items. Your team does not need to do anything — the service runs in the background.
Step 4: Emergency top-ups
