7. Have First Aid Posters and Safety Reminders at Your Workplace

Ask everyone to read and understand these posters. Sometimes, even when reminder posters are displayed all over the place, some employees won’t read them, so it’s best to make sure that they clearly understand the risks involved with their work.

Employers should always prioritise the safety and health of their workers no matter what. Making them feel that you value their safety over profit means a lot to employees and it can go a long way.
Employees often repay their employer’s with loyalty, honesty, hard work, and enthusiasm. This directly translates to increased productivity.
10. Be on Watch for Safety Hazards
Look out for possible causes of accidents and report it to the proper authority/management. It pays to be curious. Report damaged stairs, faulty wiring, or busted lights to management. Do not wait for accidents to happen before you tell someone about the possible risks you’ve noticed.
Both employees and employers can take precautionary measures to prevent accidents at work. However, a worker who follows safety measures and procedures set by their employer will be able to prevent future accidents.
